TC’s real estate career started at the age of 19, when he obtained his Washington real estate broker’s license. Real estate investment has been TC’s primary focus from the very beginning. In fact, he diligently saved and bought his first investment property before buying his first car.

As a real estate brokerage owner and leader of his own real estate sales team, TC has earned a reputation as one of Seattle’s top real estate professionals, known for his high integrity, strong work ethic, and in-depth knowledge of the Greater Seattle real estate market. As a Washington State certified real estate instructor, TC is passionate about sharing his wealth of knowledge with investors and homeowners alike. He has been a guest speaker at the University of Washington, the city of Tacoma, Shoreline College, and other various local and regional institutions.

TC was born in Taiwan but considers himself a Seattle native as he moved to Seattle at a young age, eventually attending Shorecrest High School, and graduating from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. While self-admittedly a workaholic, he balances that tendency by fully enjoying an active PNW lifestyle with landscape photography, lifting weights, playing hoops, and decompresses in hot yoga sessions. TC loves to travel with his soulmate, Talia, whom he married on Valentine’s Day. TC and Talia passionately support animal charities and animal sanctuaries. They have loved their 6-pound Chihuahua, Coco Bean for many years. Their newest love, however, is their son, Alexander, whom they hope to teach that all are put on this earth to become slightly better versions of ourselves every day.
